Because I feel like poopoo today's topic is health.
I smoke cloves (1 or 2 a day) , drink on the weekends and sleep at random hours after work so I have an odd eating schedule.
How do I have a healthy life when I have an unhealthy life style?
Let's see, I am back to my vegetarian roots so no animal protien except eggs.
(I will not give them up so dont ask me to)
Today I am off to buy some vitamins
More sleep!
Exercise
Water
Water and more Water
So what else do I have to do to not be so damn tired and sick all the time without changing my lifestyle?
Any suggestions ?

Yesterday I cheated! Thats right I ate after 7pm!!! I also went to sleep around 6pm and woke up again around 10/10:30pm. I was ravenous. So I went and had some steak and eggs and 3 toastones. I am on my period and re started my birth control so I am going to blame the hormone cocktail. Today however when I get home I am goingto have to work out 2x as hard as I normally do. I was going to to go to the gym but I ended up passing out before I could get myself into my sneakers.
So today after work, I solemnley swear to work out and make up for the food I ate and lack of exercise.

Still working out on the dieting thing...I see why its not called a Fun-it, or anything that even remotely sounds like it doesn't suck. If only I were one of those people who were born with slim figures...I hate those people. Anyway, I am sticking to it and trying still. I think I walked about a mile yesterday for some exercise. I think I will try to up it a little today and perhaps actually go to a gym and do some kind of lifting. I just want to be in shape. Preferably not a round one....Bleh! Well I am off to eat my yummy plain oatmeal for breakfast. Since I started my new set of birth control I am kind of nauseaus. If I puke up my oatmeal at least I will be able to eat more calories for lunch.
Now thats a silver lining if I ever saw one!
